Subprocessors
EtaFlex Inc. (EtaVista Inc. doing business as EtaFlex Inc.) uses the third-party subprocessors listed below to provide its logistics and delivery services. Each subprocessor is bound by written data protection obligations that are at least as protective as those EtaFlex owes its customers.

Updates & notifications
EtaFlex updates this page when its set of subprocessors changes. To receive notice of additions or removals before they take effect, email privacy/legal email address with the subject line "Subprocessor update notifications". EtaFlex will provide notice at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, unless a different period is agreed in your contract. Questions about subprocessors can be sent to the same address.
