At Etaflex, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Non-returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or opened.
- Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are anon-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the return is rejected due to the product not meeting the return criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
